What these terms apply to
These terms apply to this website only. If Arkas Digital is engaged to do work for you, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality and termination. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement takes precedence.
Using this site
You may read this site, and share or quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to break the law.
Who owns the content?
The text, design, diagrams, code and structure of this site belong to Arkas Digital unless stated otherwise. Trade marks and product names belonging to other companies are used descriptively and remain the property of their owners. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.

No pricing is published on this site. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
