We build and run marketing operations for growing B2B companies
Arkas Digital is a marketing operations firm based in Toronto, working across North America. We build the marketing function for B2B companies of roughly 10 to 100 people and run it alongside their internal teams, covering strategy, systems, channels and reporting as a single engagement measured on pipeline.
What we do
What Arkas Digital is
Arkas Digital is a marketing operations firm. We build and run the marketing function for growing B2B companies: strategy, systems, channels and reporting delivered as one engagement rather than as a single channel service bolted onto four other vendors.
Most companies we work with are not starting from zero. They already spend on marketing and already have people doing the work. What is missing is the layer above it: someone accountable for the whole funnel, a plan the work is sequenced against, and measurement that connects spend to pipeline. That layer is what we supply, and we supply it inside the business rather than alongside it.
We are Toronto-based and work across North America and beyond. The engagement model is remote by default and does not depend on being in the same city as your team.
Positions
How we think about marketing
Three positions the firm holds. They decide what we take on and how we report.
Operations, not campaigns.
A campaign is an output. The operation is what decides which campaigns run, how leads are handled once they arrive, and whether any of it can be measured. Companies rarely have a campaign problem. They have an operations problem that shows up as campaigns underperforming.
AI where it earns its place.
Automation belongs on work that compounds: research, assembly, reporting, orchestration. It does not belong on judgement, positioning, or anything a customer reads without review. We would rather ship less automation that holds up than more that has to be watched.
Measured on pipeline.
Cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution lead every report. Impressions, clicks and follower counts are diagnostics we use internally to explain a change. Reporting them as results makes underperformance easy to hide, so we do not.

Industries
Industries we work in
The industry matters less than the shape of the company: 10 to 100 people, already spending on marketing, selling to other businesses, with a sales process measurable enough to tie spend to pipeline. These are the categories where that shape shows up most often.
Staffing, recruitment and executive search
Enormous content and outreach volume, and genuinely dual-audience marketing: employers and candidates need separate messages, separate funnels and separate measurement, running at the same time. Very little specialist agency competition exists in this category.
IT services, MSPs and cybersecurity
High client lifetime value and recurring revenue, paired with marketing that has usually never been given a system. The sale is technical and trust-led, and the buying group is larger than most teams plan for.
B2B SaaS at seed to Series A
Quick to understand what we do and quick to buy. Typically past the point where founder-led marketing scales, and not yet at the point of hiring a senior marketing operations lead.
B2B professional services
Consultancies, engineering firms and fractional CFO, HR and legal operations firms. The product is expertise, which makes positioning the hardest and most valuable part of the work.
We also work with private-pay elective clinics: med spa, cosmetic dentistry, fertility and private physiotherapy. These sit entirely outside publicly funded healthcare, carry real advertising budgets, and buy on measurable patient acquisition, which makes them a close operational match for our B2B work even though the buyer is a consumer.
Data and ownership
How we handle data and ownership
Stated plainly, because it is the question buyers most often want to ask and least often do.
You always own
- Your ad accounts
- Your CRM and first-party data
- Your creative assets
- Your domains
- Your analytics properties
Arkas retains
Our frameworks, playbooks, internal tooling, dashboard templates and proprietary automation logic. These are licensed to you for the term of the engagement.
Systems built in your accounts
Where you hold and pay for the subscription, whatever we build in that tool stays with you. Arkas is then engaged on a management or maintenance basis rather than as the owner of the system.
Questions
Common questions
Where is Arkas Digital based?
Arkas Digital is based in Toronto, Ontario, and works with companies across North America and beyond. Engagements run remotely by default, and nothing in the model depends on being in the same city as your team.
How big is the company we would be working with?
Engagements are delivered by a senior operator working directly with your team rather than passed to a junior account manager. You will know exactly who is doing the work before anything is signed.
What size of company do you work with?
Typically 10 to 100 employees, already spending on marketing, selling to other businesses. Below that the category sale is usually still open. Above it, companies generally need an in-house operations hire rather than an external one.
Do you own anything we would lose at the end of an engagement?
No. Ad accounts, CRM, first-party data, creative, domains and analytics stay yours throughout and after. What Arkas retains is its own frameworks and internal tooling, which are licensed to you for the term rather than built into your systems.
Book a strategy call
Thirty minutes, no deck. We look at what you are running now, where the operation leaks, and what it would take to fix it. Engagements are scoped on a call.
