Engagement breakdowns

Detailed case studies

Detailed engagement breakdowns publish here as clients approve them: real numbers, real scope.

We do not publish a performance figure attributed to a client engagement unless it is a real number from real work, with the client’s permission to share it. Invented metrics collapse on the first discovery call, and there is nothing to gain from them.

Questions

Common questions

Why are there no case studies published yet?

Because the ones worth publishing need client approval, and approval takes longer than the work. Rather than fill the page with anonymised composites, we leave it honest and publish engagements as they are cleared, with the actual numbers and the actual scope.

Can you share results privately on a call?

Yes. What we can discuss depends on what each client has agreed to, and we will be clear about which figures are shareable and which are not. We will not present a number we cannot stand behind.

Do you use client logos?

No. We do not name clients or display client logos anywhere on this site. Where we describe experience we describe it by category, and any specific claim is something we can substantiate on a call.

Book a strategy call

Thirty minutes, no deck. We look at what you are running now, where the operation leaks, and what it would take to fix it. Engagements are scoped on a call.
