What happens after I send this?
You get a reply within one business day, usually sooner. If there is an obvious fit we propose a 30 minute call. If there is not, we say so and point you at whatever would actually help, which is sometimes another firm and sometimes nothing at all.
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No. Come as you are. It helps if you know roughly what you spend on marketing each month and which tools you use, but we can work it out on the call if not. There is no deck and nothing to review beforehand.
Are you taking on new clients?
Yes. Capacity is deliberately limited because engagements are delivered by senior operators rather than handed to account managers, so we will tell you honestly on the call when the next start date is.
Do you work with companies outside Canada?
Yes. Arkas is Toronto-based and works across North America and beyond. Engagements run remotely, and time zone is the only practical constraint we plan around.
